Chair Yoga

Participants will learn sitting and standing chair yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques to support them in increasing physical mobility, body awareness, improved balance, better concentration, improved stress regulation, and a greater sense of peace.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is accessible to every ‘body’.
