Karate 10 - Adult Dec24

Atlantic Shotokan Karate Club offers intensive karate instruction to all age groups. Classes are led by Sensei Julio Egoavil, a 4th degree black belt and former National Champion. In addition to having fun and developing skills, classes will offer additional physical and mental benefits that can help you with school, your job and other sports. Karate can:
